Joseph Chiu, Sports AVT Editor
Joseph Chiu goes into Journalism in his senior year. He hopes to be a good editor and writer for the class, being a helpful person when other people have a problem. Some strengths are writing about sports and watching games live or on TV. Joseph enjoys going to his friend’s houses to watch sporting events and swim as well as playing basketball for fun.
Joseph hopes to improve his writing skills and find many stories to write about, but at times, fears the inability to find anything “interesting” to write about when there are not many things happening. He wants to use his passion for sports (specifically football/basketball) to transfer over to his work and write more about those topics. Joseph hopes to explore new things and is excited to involve his passions into stories that will interest the public and benefit the AV Journalism team this year.
