Aileen Hu (‘24) is a junior and a returning member of Amador’s journalism team. As an AVT Page Editor and Infographics Editor, she is looking forward to begin writing and creating media for the new school year. She also hopes to expand her journalism work to include more segments, podcasts, and media graphics. Being in a creative environment where fascinating conversations take place inspires and motivates her to try new things.
Aside from journalism, Aileen enjoys dancing, drawing, listening to music, and traveling. She’s danced for over ten years now and is always eager to learn new techniques. She also picked up digital art a couple years ago when she had a not-so-surprising amount of free time on her hands during quarantine. She loves exploring different platforms and discovering new interests. But despite her curious personality, she is almost always on low-power mode, so her hobbies are typically low energy. With that said, her favorite pastimes are sleeping (surprise, surprise!) and relaxing her friends and family.
