Kennedy Mayo, Senior Staff Writer
Kennedy Mayo is a senior that is going into her second year of Journalism. During Kennedy’s first year of journalism she experienced everything from writing stories to taking pictures and to filming segments. Near the end of the year she finally released her strength and her passion for taking pictures at sporting events and writing about them. The new passion that she found gave her motivation to talk to student athletes and write about their daily lives.
Other than being a student athlete and a writer, Kennedy spends her free time watching an unhealthy amount of Bob's Burgers and she loves spending time with friends and family. Kennedy also plays soccer for her high school team and club team. She has recently committed to Arizona State University for sports. In the future Kennedy would like to major in sports journalism or photography because she enjoys capturing the moment in any sports game and writing about what happened.
