Eva Raul, Page Editor
Now onto her second year at AVJ, Eva Raul (‘23) is back as a page editor. Last year, she tried many things, but learned that writing articles, especially profiles and features, were her forte. She even won a SNO award for her article on the Amador Band directors! She’s a senior and will major in political science and go to law school. This year, she’s in over her head- not only is she in AVJ, she’s also a flute section leader and a member of We The People! Even with a busy schedule, she still makes time to pursue her interests in her articles.
When she’s not drowning in homework or preparing for WTP competitions, Eva loves watching youtube and twitch, especially big streamers like Mizkif and Ludwig. She’s also a big fan of nature documentaries, especially about the ocean. She’s a lover of all things chocolate- cookies, cupcakes, cakes, you name it! She loves older Bollywood songs like Sheila Ki Jawani and wants to start watching more old Bollywood movies in her free time. Whenever she has the time (which is almost never) she likes baking cookies and cakes for her family (even though she eats half of it herself!). She’s going to cherish her last year here at Amador.
