Nina Moothedath ('21) is one of the Podcasting Editors in Chief for this year. She was a staff writer last year, but has always loved podcasts and is super excited to be running podcasting this year. Two of her favorite non-fiction podcasts are Arron Mahnke’s Cabinet of Curiosities and Wonderful. She also really loves fictional podcasts like The Magnus Archives and Wolf 359. She’s super excited to be an EIC this year and help upcoming staff writers.

Outside of journalism she is part of a choir, and absolutely loves spending her time watching long youtube videos analyzing random topics (most recently Schaffrillas Production’s video on why Ratatouille is Pixar’s Magnum Opus). She’s also been doing martial arts outside of school for the past 2 years, and she couldn’t imagine her life without practice and the people she’s met through it. Two of the things she misses most from school are those cookies you buy at the cafeteria, as well as being able to talk to her classmates during passing period and lunch, but she likes how remote learning gives her some freedom schedule-wise and she can grab snacks. She’s looking forward to the year ahead and hoping it brings great things!
