On March 24, Caffeinated Cowboy Coffee held their official ribbon-cutting ceremony on Valley Avenue. The drive-thru and walk-up shop sells coffee, Red Bull, matcha, and other specialty drinks.
“I told the barista I really liked caramel in my coffee and liked my drinks really sweet, so he helped me come up with a customized drink creation. He made me a caramel latte and then added the marshmallow cold foam on top. It was delicious,” said customer Adrienne Eddy.
Inside the Menu: Espresso, Matcha, and More
While the drive-thru menu does have some differences from the cafe’s menu, customers still have dozens of options to choose from.
“We have three different classes of drinks. We have espresso-based drinks, so all your classics… So nice dialed espresso and the full lineup of espresso based drinks, and more of a quick service kind of southern-style soda shop with Red Bull Revivers and different types of sodas like that. We do like basically lattes, specialty lattes, specialty espresso-based drinks. We do specialty matcha-based drinks, and then we do Red Bull mixes,” said co-owner Eric Whetstone.
Caffeinated Cowboy looks forward to building connections in the community. The shop is open from 6:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day, and they are always willing to recommend a drink.
“We want to be the welcoming coffee shop, so if you ever don’t like your drink or if you ever need help with the menu, we want to be those people instead of being a coffee shop that doesn’t want to engage with their customers. We’re very customer-forward,” said Wise.
