Sophie Gyamfi, Staff Writer
Sophie Gyamfi (28’) is a staff writer for Amador Valley journalism. During her first year in the program, she is excited to learn about the world of journalism and spread her stories with her fellow peers. She hopes to explore many different types of journaling and find what she excels at. She also hopes to make good connections and learn a lot from her fellow writers, and hopefully become an editor in chief by the end of her journalism time here at Amador.
In her free time, Sophie loves to play soccer with her friends, eat different foods, and do arts and crafts. She also always listens to music and watches movies. Her favorite movies to watch are marvel movies and old throwbacks. She will likely be caught traveling when she has the opportunity, and learning about different cultures and their customs. She also appreciates looking at the beautiful architecture in different countries.
