Mathew Dickman is a senior at Amador Valley High School and in his first year of Journalism. After discovering his keen eye and passion for graphic design last year, Mathew joined journalism in hopes of using these skills to help the program. He is also eager to use his writing to create articles that will educate and entertain Amador’s student body. Staying up to date on news and current events is very enjoyable to Mathew, which he hopes will make him a great addition to the team. Although he doesn’t have much experience with journalism at the moment, he will approach every new challenge with an excitement to learn and grow.
Outside of journalism, Mathew loves to spend time with friends and enjoy the beautiful nature Pleasanton has to offer. His other hobbies and interests include video games, drawing, staying active, and enjoying creative works. Mathew loves movies so he has a deep wealth of trivia and knowledge on the medium.
