Hunter Gapol, Staff Writer
Hunter Gapol ('26), a new addition to the AVHS Journalism staff, who joined the program her sophomore year. Born in the Bay Area and growing up in the Tri Valley, she enjoys spending her time surrounded by the people she loves. Hunter enjoys trying new things, traveling, binge watching her favorite 2000’s movies, and reading books. Not only that, but she loves to teach her baby brother how to read and say new words. Hunter has played many sports through her life, but she has decided to dedicate more of her time to her education. Hunter is very excited to write many reviews and give updates on Amadors newest info.
This growing writer loves her town because of its diversity and welcoming atmosphere. Her love for trying new things has impacted the expansion of style and trying new foods. One of Hunter’s faovirte things to do is travel with her mom. She has gone to six different countries including Switerland, Colombia, Italy, Panama, Canada, and Mexico but the most special place for her is the country of Colombia, where her mother migrated from and family lives.
