  • Prom is one of the most memorable events for juniors.

  • Students hold on to the microphone and sing to perform their favorite song.

  • Students dance along the beats as music plays.

  • A moving camera spins around students and takes a 360 degree shot.

  • Waiting in line for their turn at the photo booth, juniors converse about the night’s festivities.

  • The cookie area is open at the main floor for people who wanted to try some sweets.

  • Hannah Cha (’24) and Brady McHargue (’24) pose for the camera at the photobooth.

  • Students tried their hand at some betting games, learning the rules from the dealer and playing with their peers.

  • One of the liveliest areas at the venue was the karaoke corner in the game room.

  • Juliana Yang (’24), Clara Yin (’24), Kathryn Go (’24), Brandon Huynh (’24), and Runab Dixit (’24) pose for the camera.

  • The dance floor was never empty as students partied with their friends and peers.

  • Students gathered with their friends as they waited to board the buses after checking in.

  • Constantly flooded with bright lights, the dance room set the partying mood while the DJs kept the music going throughout the night.

  • Many students tried their hand at some betting games, learning the rules from the dealer and playing with their peers.

  • At the venue, there was a game and karaoke room, where students could jump from activity to activity.

  • The 2023 Junior Prom venue at the Oakland Scottish Rite Center was chosen last year by AV leadership.
