While musabi can be filled with all kinds of protein, like chicken or salmon, the Japanese class chose Spam as the filling.

Onigiri is an extremely popular snack in Japan. Even though Amador is an ocean away from Japan, it was popular here too as it sold out before lunch.

With a wide variety of traditional Japanese treats, like shaved ice and caramel apples, visitors were spoiled for choice.
