Carolyn Carranza, Business Manager
Carolyn Carranza (23’) is a Senior and a first time member of the AV Journalism team. As a new member, she hopes to gain new skills and knowledge from the AV Journalism team. Carolyn is determined to support the growth of AV Journalism by contributing new ideas. Additionally, Carolyn likes to be informed about the events that happen in today’s world and believes that being involved in Journalism is the perfect way to do so.
Other than being passionate about current events, Carolyn enjoys listening to music. She enjoys listening to new artists and discovering new types of music to add to her various playlists. Listening to music is a way for Carolyn to destress and be more present in the world around her. Additionally, Carolyn enjoys spending time with her family. Carolyn is bilingual, she is fluent in both Spanish and English, and loves to embrace her hispanic culture. Lastly, Carolyn hopes to pursue a career in business. She believes that the team work needed to run AVJ will allow her to gain an insight on the career she is hoping to pursue.
