This is Jasmine Wang-Jethi’s (‘29)  first year as part of the AV Journalism team as a staff writer. She is excited to write articles, take photos, and find new creative outlets. Jasmine has always enjoyed writing and reading, specifically creative short stories. She is an environmental advocate and part of youth programs such as the Bay Area Youth Climate Summit and the NOAA Ambassador group. Jasmine also enjoys policy and last year was part of her middle school’s We the People team. 

In her free time, Jasmine enjoys crocheting, reading, and writing. She loves fostering animals and has one dog named Ash. She hopes to continue down the path of environmental policy or graphic design. Jasmine also enjoys traveling and has been to over 13 countries. She hopes that AV Journalism will allow her to meet new people and learn new skills.
