In her first year of AV journalism, Emma Anderson (‘28) is an Amador Staff Writer for the 2025-2026 school year. She aspires to pursue podcasting, interviewing, and features on AVtv. From a young age, Emma has loved filming vlogs and taking photos. She enjoys cooking, getting to know people, and hanging with friends. After school, Emma enjoys finishing her school work quickly in order to clean her room and get organized. She has a passion for connecting with others and thinks that through journalism, she will be able to connect with other writers and peers through interviewing and podcasting.

Emma is a talkative and outgoing person. Outside of school, she enjoys shopping, traveling, meeting new people and trying new foods. She has traveled to the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, Key West, and Mexico. Emma loves to tropic like it’s hot! She enjoys shopping in Walnut Creek, not just because of the stores, but also for the atmosphere. She is looking forward to continuing journalism throughout high school and getting far with her writing career.
