Caroline Hou, Staff Writer
Caroline Hou (‘28) is a sophomore in her first year in AV Journalism as a staff writer. She aspires to become a photographer in the journalism team and would like to experience being on AVTV. She was a part of the yearbook class in middle school, an experience that influenced her to join AV Journalism. She would like to major in something in the humanities.
Caroline was born in New Jersey and moved to California at the age of five. As she got older, she discovered a love and growing talent in the arts, such as performing arts (ballet, musical theater) and visual arts (painting, photography). She also enjoys creative writing (poetry, stories), and is currently writing a novel. Caroline is open minded (indecisive) when it comes to music genres, book genres, fashion styles, and aesthetics. She cannot choose between them since she 1: loves them all! 2: has commitment issues. Specifically, Caroline enjoys surrealist art, cheese, over romanticizing her life, sleeping, and anything involving free food. She hopes that throughout her life, she can somehow make the world a little more colorful, both figuratively and literally.
