August Dobbs is 15 year old sophomore at Amador Valley High School in Pleasanton California. His favorite class in school is World History with Mrs. Baldwin. He wants to do interviews and make reviews about things like movies and albums. This is August’s first year and journalism and he is excited for what’s coming next. 

In his free time, August likes to watch tv and anime, play video games like borderlands with friends, and hang out with his cat named squishy, and his dog named Fernet. He also enjoys spending time with his family. He also likes to skate and snowboard occasionally, which he has been doing for around 10 years. Tahoe is August’s favorite place to snowboard. He really enjoys music. Some of his favorite artists include Leftfield, The Prodigy, Pendulum, and others. Rick Dobbs, August’s father, owns the bar Middle 8 in downtown Pleasanton while August’s mother, Theresa Dobbs, owns Azotea in Livermore.
