Audrey Gao is currently a sophomore at Amador Valley High School. This is her first year in journalism, and she joined due to her love of writing and storytelling. At her old school, she helped publish a couple of articles for the school’s weekly newsletter. 

In her spare time, she practices guitar with her band, bakes, and hangs out with her friends. She loves to listen to and play rock and r&b music. Gao is passionate about anything related to medical studies, engineering, or robotics. She is always up for a challenge and is eager to try new things.

This year she hopes to write many stories and have lots of fun with everyone!
