Victoria Schors is one of the newest additions to the AVHS journalism team. Victoria is an exchange student from Denmark. She moved to Pleasanton during summer vacation and is so excited to be in journalism. Victoria hopes to perfect her skills as a writer and to give a different perspective on things within the Pleasanton Unified School District. She became interested in journalism when she heard that Amador offered the class,  unlike her school in Denmark.  She enjoys writing and informing people of what's going on around them. Her dream is to travel the world, write about her experiences, and give recommendations for other people with the same interests as her. 

Outside school and journalism, Victoria really enjoys spending time with her host mom. They go on walks together and just explore the bay area. Back in Denmark she has two dogs and Victoria loves ‘facetiming’ with them, they can always lighten her mood. Going out with friends is something that she really likes and she puts a lot of effort into being a good friend for everyone.
